Went night shopping with my little brother from 10 pm until 12 am haha

well, i guess there IS 24 hour shopping centres in Sydney too.

I didn't actually drink yesterday so no hangover for me.

But I had brunch(?) date with my another bestfriend!

Toppokki! (korean spicy rice cake thingy )

Went to this place famous for toppoki

called Shindang-gpng Toppoki Town.

They literally have only toppoki shops here!!

Went to watch a play

A play called Room number 13.

Apparently it's based on an US play.

It was quite funny.

Though I wouldn't say it was a good play.

It was just good enough to give us a good laugh

After the play -which was already 10 pm-

we searched for some place to drink.

And we found this cute bar which I still cannot figure out what there theme was haha

our first try was Tequilia Sunrise

tequila shot with orange juice.

It was really tasty and sweet.

What a good choice for a starter! :D

Since it wasn't strong ( rather it was sweet),

we just drank up in a blink haha

My friend's second order was Strawberry Magarita

This was really sweet too!! :D

My choice was

Gin & Rum tonic

Pure alcohol....

hahahahaha

It was really strong but I liked it! :D

I wanted to drink more but I could see my friend getting a little @.@

went to this restaurant called "mad for Garlic'

as shown in the name,

all the food are made based on garlic (which i LOVEEEEE)

Whilist in Korea,

I've been so busy I had no time to blog or do anything.

Weird,

though I have done nothing meaningful

This break has been a very significant time for me.

Made me think a lot

After seeing Sum and Calvin's cool cameras, I really wanted to get a GOOD camera

for myself too.

Leaving Sydney in a few hours

I'm finally going back to Korea for a real holiday!

My break in July was way too short

It's 3:30pm at the moment and my flight is at 10:30pm

I'll be on the plane in exactly 7 hours.

I am so excited that I cannot describe how excited I am in words.

Weird, I'm really tired right now.

I should be smiling but I just want to be at the airport right nowww

I really like the feeling of getting on the plane.

Some people don't like the smell, air, the space et cetra

But I like that feeling.

Knowing that it will take me to a different place from where I was just excites me

Ahhhhh :D

Since I finished my exam on tuesday,

I slept for 13 hours the next day!

I woke up with freaking puffy face I thought I had a botox done.

It was so puffy, oh actually maybe it was real fat :S

I haven't seen Sum for about 3 days? or even two.

But the first thing he said when he saw me was

"Heidi did you gain weight?"

:0!!!

Hope it was just from my 13 hours of sleep..

actually I've been eating insanely during the exam period

so he must be right on it :0

I was gonna detox until I leave to Korea this Sunday

but.........

went out to EAT again......

I met Kenny today.

I've known him since the beggining of the year but we only had a meal together once.

which was in Uni hahaha

so since the exam has finished for both of us we've decided to go out for a proper lunch

around Kingsford...lol

We decided to have Italian and were considering between mama teresa and giovanna which is located exactly on the other side of the road!

Since I've never tried Giovanna's and it is quite well-known,

we went to Gionvanna's

The restaurant was VERY italian hahaha

and WHAT THE HELL!!!

i went there to have Pizaa and they don't do pizza for lunch!! :S

Tha eggplant one was quite impressive!! :D i like eggplants hehe

It was quite emtpy- maybe because it was during lunchtime on weekdays where uni still have exams?

as we've decided after disappointment from no-pizza situation,

we went to Passioflower for dessert

it was my first time actually being in there.

It was bigger than I thought!

I'm the type who REALLY can't study in my own room.

I get really distracted by computer, bed, and the fridge

what I mean by fridge is, I open fridge every 30 minutes even though I know there's nothing more to eat.

So I've been camping in the library during the exam period.

I acutally think It's better than satying in my room because all my friends were studying in the library

and I could have breaks and eat with them.

Better than being stuck in my room alone being bored

BUT

Just finished my second exam!!!

Well it was supposed to be my least hardest (but not easy) subject.............

Anyways, I have another exam on Friday which I haven't started studying yet.

So I'm in library, camping again.....

It's management and I have no idea how I should study for such subject. I mean for maths or finance, at least you know what will be in the exam right? All calculation which you can practice for!!! Management is the most useless and ridiculous subject to be taught. I just have to write bullshit about common sense using their stupid professional terminology haha. And then, I have TORTS best Tuesday!!!!!! I really didn't study for it and I'm sooooooo worried :$ all my other friends doing law has big gap between their other exam and law so they have plenty of time to study for it and I only have less than 4 days to absorb more than 50 cases!!!!! Haha... Anyways, I've been camping in the library for two days now. And yesterday, I came here around 9am!!!!! It's really nice in the library when its engulf and quiet :D

I JUST had my Finance exam this morning.
The exam was not easy as the tutorial questions as always, even though the lecturers were repeating "you'll be fine if you do tutorial questions" a million times.
Oh well. It's done now so I won't think about it anymore!

First of all, last thursdays was Rachel's 21ST BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!
She celebrated her birthday on Friday night with her Chinese friends with LIMO!!
She asked me to join as well, but (Rachel can speak Chinese) I knew it would have been really awkward;.
So Me, Her Michelle and Samantha( their friend) had our own time on Satuday <3

We had our meal aroung 3:30pm so basically no one was there haha

Apparently October in Sydney is a month of food.

There are many food events held around the city

including night noodles market and sugar hit!

Me, Calvin, Sum, and Fional planned to have dinner at night noodles market

then have sugar hit at Azuma today.

I was cravin char kway teow (a GOOD one) these days so I was so excited for it

But before that, me and Fiona had girl's time shopping <3

She looked so cute in that pink tube!

Having to meet Sum and Calvin at the entrance of the event, Fiona and I reached there in shock;

seeing how packed it was :0

I've been hearing this place is one of the best place for char kway teow!

Calvin told me this lady is Jacky M, the owner.

Ohhh she was much more fashionable than I imagined.

I got my food first and Fiona was still waiting for hers at the place called Longrain, and Calvin and Sum wanted to look around for their dinner!

So i joined them

While Sum was waiting for his dinner at Mamak, calvin and I found this place for okonomiyaki!!

By the time Fiona got hers, sum was still waiting.

So we just decided to get a sit first

Fiona's, Okonomiyaki, and my kway teow.

Fiona had some beef noodles.

I think...it's was Thai ><

My Kway Teow was actually good!

LOVED the sambal!!!!!

and Fiona's noodle was quite okay too!

It was so much better than i expected!!!

And so much variety!

Sesame Icecream

Sesame Icecream I had so far was grey or black with seeds.

So seeing this ice cream looking like vanilla flavoured, I was getting curious.

But it really tasted like real sesame.

It made other sesame icecreams taste like artificially flavoured.

The weather was moody as an old granny today.

I woke up with a grey sky and sound of rain drops.

more like pouring.

I left house with an unbrella wearing my thick jacket and top.

Surprisingly, when I got on the bus-which was abt 5 minutes later- the rain stopped and Sun showed its face!

HAHA anyways, I had a dentist appointment at 10:15 at Eastwood so I had to leave house early.

I was surprised to see-finally- some changes in Central station.

They are having new red escalators! hahaha

I heard there will be Granny Smith Festival running at Eastwood today but did not really know what it was about until I got there!

wow. Didnt expect it was a PROPER festival.

Like a Royal show in Perth!

They had many showbag stalls too

This was quite cool

Also,

FOOD is somehting that cannot be ignored in festivals

There were about more than 30 food stalls-that i saw- there.

This week has been not so special

I had finance test on thursday which was FREAKING hard....

which I was craving so badly from the nigth before!

This lunch was planned just yesterday.

I was with calvin talking about food? i think?

and i suddenly felt like dim sum and calvin was suggesting for a lunch out next week.

and i went "how about tomorrow?(today)"

I texted Fiona and Sum straight away.

So nice of them, they all could make it!

I thought it would be good to catch up before the EXAM HELL WEEK begins haha

I wanted to go to the one I went with Rosanne last semester,but I couldnt remeber the name.

Remembering the word "ocean" being in the name, i booked at the

"East Ocean Restaurant", apparently one of the best Yumcha place in Sydney?

BUT i read the reviews and Sum told me its not good and they are not on the trollies as they traditionally do!

What's the fun without the trollies?!

So we just cancelled our reservation and went to Marigold, another popular place.

I quite liked the place.

Because I find usual Chinese restaurants a little too fancy.

Chicken feet, prawn dumplings and Shu mai (?) i think.

It was my second time trying the chicken feet!

My first time wasn't good

but this one was quite nice!

mm i think it was stir-fried eggplant, capsicum, and tofu.

So sorry for others, they didnt really eat it :S

Today I woke up with a gloomy weather making me feel miserable

It was raining so badly I was so close to thinking of cancelling our haning out session to IKEA.

We planned it days ago since it's the long weekend.

Fortunately, rain stopped by the time we met up.

So fucking stressed.........

I'd rather this stress was from uni and study but it isn't.

I don't know why all this shit is bothering me these days.

AND the thing i hate the most about myself is, I binge eat when I'm stressed.

When I say binge eat i mean LITERALLY mean binge eat.

If someone saw me eating when I'm stressed, they would think I'm bulimic.

Well the difference is I don't puke. It seems like they all digest in speed of a spaceship -_-

Can anyone believe I finished these two containers full of Almonds and Pistachios in just one day?

I actually did.....

It's not like I didn't eat anything but that.

I had all three meals today and that..

Well, what happened was,

I was living with a little bit of stress for couple of weeks,

It all started yesterday.

I really need someone to stop me.

My legs have been painful since Friday with no reason.

I think it was something to do with my muscles because I couldn't properly bend my left leg.

I put on the Tiger Balm hearing it really is effective.

And it just made my leg swell :C

Funny, because I still manged to go clubbing that night haha

But it was getting better today.

shit stress ruins everything hey.

I went for a run.

Like an extreme run.

I was surpised at myself today.
I got home from Cloud9 around 4am this morning and managed myself to have a nice shower and sleep.
I woke up at 8 am on my alarm bell and cleaned my room took another shower and had breakfast 0.0
Then I headed off to Mijung unni's house for lunch!
Couldn't believe how awake I was after having less than 4 hours of sleep haha
Her house was at North Strathfield and it was my first time there.
We always planned to meet up and she has been inviting me to her house but it never worked out.
And finally, today we met up in 5 months(?) i think.

It was so nice of her to pepare all this!!
Our lunch today:
Outback pork ribs ( her sister works there so hehe :D)
Bossam (steamed pork legs) - I told her it's one of my favourites and ahhhhhh <3
Jjajangmyun (black bean noodles)
plus Soju and V hahahaha
I didnt drink any of those because I do not lik energy drinks and soju BUT
yeah it was massive lunch!
I finished the whole plate of Bossam because apparently she doesnt really like those..
Haha....

Then we watched Shreck 3 and the Mummy 3! chiiling munching Nuts and Icecream ><
SHIT that was my mistake... I shouldn't have asked for nuts...
Knowing my nuts addiction, I really shoudln't have...
I like had more than 300grams i swear...

My stomach was about to explode after having that massive lunch + huge amount of Icecream and Nuts!

But overall, It was soo good to go to someone's house with family (other than just international students) and chill. ahhhh :D:D i left early because I was tired haha and it was raining todayyy whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy :C
but yeah she invited me again and I'll def go !!hehehehehe

They had Black QUeen ( apparently the best dance group in Korea that I didnt know of) performing and they were hellllllllllllllllllll good!

This week was really tiring for me with no reason.
SO I couldn't be stuffed to blog for the whole week haha
I'm just gonna have many posts today haha

On wednesday,

There was International Night Market held in uni.

What that is, It's just where all international societies in uni sell their local food and perform some shows.

I basically went there just for food haha!

I love trying new food~

Our first try was a turkish pancake(?) thing.

We don't the the actual name becuase even the menu just said "spinach +cheese"

But it was better than i expected!

so good start! :D

Then we wanted more european so decided to have mexican fujita!

look at how fast he is!

It was okay~

Those two (Mexican and Turkish) stalls had the longest queues!

I think it was good to have those two for our starters :D

I didn't really feel like Asian that night but we tried this Philippines becasue it was just 5 bucks haha

we had some African banana scon as well but didn't take a photo.

And i stole one Indonesian sweet thing which I forgot to take a photo of,

The weather forecast said it was 28 degrees today.
Well it was, except it was HELL windy!! -_-
HAHA anyways I went to Bondi with calvin today!

So sunny !

We had fish and chips for lunch!

apparently this place was voted the best fishi and chips in sydney hahaha

hmmm cant really said it was the best, but it was good and worth it :D

and oh my gosh FINALLY, we went to San Churro!!

Me and calvin was sooo excited!

I' m going to Bondi Junction with Calvin this weekend to shop!!
Sadly, I've only been there once -_-
Even that time, I reached there 1 hour before the closing time so i had to rush!! :S

ahhhh this week has been not so good in that i had finance quiz which i stuffed up for the first one -_-
but im glad its over now hehehehe
oh and one of my buttons from my braces fell yesterday!
I've heard people telling me how theirs fell, but really having MINE fell was a little shock haha
So after my class that finished a 2,
I RAN to the bus stop cus i had to get to my dentist in EASTWOOD by 3:15!!
Surprisingly, with my effort, i got there on time hehe
and then, i had this KALA(korean australian laywers association) careers night which started at 5:30! (it was at USYD)
so i RAN again ( oh and i bought extra 1 kg of pistachios and 1.5kg of almond again.. :S)
oh and talk about my nuts addiction.
I finished. 2 kgs of almonds and Pistachios in 4 days!
2KGS IN FOUR DAYS!!! FML
I rock............ NOT ... I sometimes am so scared how much I can actually EAT.
sigh...
Back to my story,
Luckly, I arrived in USYD around 5 and had dinner from there ( they even have Subway and Chatime ON campus.. :D)
and went to the Seminar~
It was good!! And i met people from KLUS MT again which was awesome!!

Our mid semester break actually started last friday but i had thi 40% LAW ASSIGNMENT that was dues this tuesday :< so i was pretty much dead during the weekend! On Tuesday me, Shina, and Julie threw in our assignment before lunch despite the fact it was due 4pm ( we wanted to get rid of it quick!) and went to city!

The weather was unbelievably good!!

Ahhhhh

We went to korean restaurnat because i was craving bossam heheheh

I had brunch with Jihye Unni yesterday~

Right after my accounting lecture, we met at Randwick and I took her to Isabella's which I always told her it was yummy and reasonably priced!

(It was the place I went with Harsha and Keiko :D)

She had Bacon and egg Benedict (Above),

and i Had Bricotta(?) ;some home made baked bean with poached eggs!

Oh my gosh those baked beans were the best I ever had!! Awesome!! and it was only $8.50! @.@

Then~ of course, we cant skip having desserts can we?

We had these Belgium Waffles with rasberries with vanilla icecream and chocolate sauce!

Only for $8!!!

It was SUPER DELICIOUS!!!

Seriously I haven't had such nice waffles in a long time!!!

YUM YUM YUM i want it again now hahaha

The total bill was only $25!! 0.0 and Jihye unni paid 20 bucks!!

Ahhhhh I had no Uni today~~
But living on campus means I really have nowhere to go -_-
I woke up and had breakfast then went to this Deloitte workshop thingy which was not as good as i expected. So i didnt bother going to the free BBQ thing as well.
I cam back home just ate lunch with FUCK!! i had about 60 almonds and walnuts again...-_-
My addiction to them is so dangerous -_-
mannnn anywayss yeahhh and I will be off to this Maquarie group workshop thing thats on at 6:30 tonight in the Old tote. They said caterings will be provided but i doubt good food will be out.
Oh and I'm hearing that Im a monster because I eat a lot -_- (from guys)

I had a nice chat with Jihye unni.
Didn't plan it but i kakao chat her saying i was a little depressed and she skipped her lecture and met me! :D
We had a nice chat and i followed her to her house because she had to get her laptop!
It wasn't big or anytihng but it was cosy and i liked it!
Cosyness... that's what's missing in my roon here!

After that( because she had lecture from 1), i met up with Fangtian to discuss about our law assignment -_- urghh
HAHA but yeah it was okay~ at least we are doing something.
She's leaving to Singapore on wednesday!! lucky her hahaha
Oh and my dad called me saying extra 35bucks has been paid from our bank account from the village.
I asked the reception and they told me it was the application fee which i didnt have to pay!
So they cancelled my application and transfered that money to my next rent hehe!!

It's 4:53pm now and im eating something heeh weird time i know but Im hungry....
Oh and reason i was depressed today was...
For my breakfast, I had Fish and salad(huge amount of salad), and amout 60 almonds with 20 walnuts and cereals -_-

It's already May of 2010 and I haven't progressed at all.
I've been working crazily since I arrived in Perth in February.
I've never thought I would ever think there actually are worse things than studying.
It's quite surprising but I really do want to go to Uni now.
Seriously, if I was in Sydney now, I would be going out every weekends and enjoying my uni life.
And hearing from Emily and Qian, Calvin is having heaps of fun in Sydney clubbing EVERY weekend.
Awwwww. I really thought having a year off would be fun.
It sucks like hell.

I'm sooo happy that I'm in Korea now
Well, i arrived here last saturday WHICH was supposed to be thursday WHICH was delayed because of stupid travel agency -_-

I love being in Korea. I wanted to leave Perth as soon as possible unlike someone who is missing her boyfriend ehem qian HEHE
But at the moment, all my friends and my brothers has exams.
It's exam period in Korea at the moment -_-
So I've been shooping around by myself HAHA no I'm not embarrassed -_- LOL
It's quite fun though. I can shop around whereever i want haha
And I started going to the gym from yesterday HAHA

I had my applics exam today.
It was okay than expected but I'm so annoyed that i have two more exams
and the last one is on next friday -_-
I really really X 1000 hate my exam timetable.
I thought it would we okay when i first got my timetable.
But now, seeing everyone finishing their exam....................

Anyway, because Calvin, Emily and Lydia finished their entire exam(Qian has economics on friday), we went to Garden City and watched "Christmas Carol'
We watched the 3D version.
It was the first time watching a 3D movie with those special glasses!
It was really cool and i like the movie as well.
The graphics were so detailed and realistic.
Well, i think today was worth it :)
And it was Lydia's shout for our dinner. Chicken Katsu Curry♡

Wow. I'm 16 and this is the first time blogging.

That's kinda sad. I feel so stupid by being amused with these little process of making a blog. haha

I've been hearing that i complain too much.

Well, i know i know. I've been hearing that since my brain grew bigger.

My mum hated me complaining. Sadly, I'm doing that again.
